Great catch @sun-rui -- I think it doesn't have `-Psparkr` -- Looking at
the config xml file I see the command being run as
```
build/mvn --force -DzincPort=$ZINC_PORT -DskipTests -P${HADOOP_PROFILE}
-Pyarn -Phive -Phive-thriftserver -Pkinesis-asl clean package
```
@JoshRosen Could you add `-Psparkr` to that and other QA builds ?
