@andrewor14 UI is the only place reports the wrong state, the problem is
that if some codes relies on this state, that will be wrong (Json API might be
another place, not sure about it).
Yes, I agree with you to simplify the state transition, let me take a try
about your suggestion. Thanks a lot for your review.
