@lianhuiwang do you think it makes sense to make it collapsed by default,
and expanded on `Show dead executors (4)` or something? Most of the time the
user doesn't care about dead executors, and it would be a little confusing if
there are many executors and the user just scrolls down quickly to the bottom.
