Hi, @mateiz , I just updated the patch,
The reason I kept a per-node tracking of NODE_LOCAL-only tasks is that, we
don't want to delay the scheduling of NoPref tasks everytime, even some nodes
don't have that kind of task, or all tasks with the preference to some nodes
have been launched,
that's not necessary?
