@mateiz We still do not have all of them, I think but some of them might
not be very critical. They are mostly related to external/*. I can disable the
modules for which those artifacts are missing only in the cross build for scala
2.11 specifically, they would still be available by scala 2.10 though.
I can start working on this if you think its a priority.
