My previous commit gets a test failure due to the incorrect
`ExpressionInfo`. The current method in `FunctionRegistry` to retrieve
`FunctionBuilder` is not working. It directly gets canonical name from
`FunctionBuilder`. However, by doing this, you would not get the correct class
name of your original function class. So I change it to pass `ExpressionInfo`.
