@mateiz the test itself might be very simple, e.g.
```
[info] - window - basic window *** FAILED ***
[info] Operation timed out after 20027 ms (TestSuiteBase.scala:275)
```
this one is just testing the very basic window-based operations (transfrom
DStream to WindowedDStream), assuming that every test should generate output
within 10000ms
