    [SPARK-14672][SQL] Move HiveContext analyze logic to AnalyzeTable

    ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
    
    Just moving code around. Note that this patch removes a public method, but 
that's OK since `HiveContext` is totally going away before Spark 2.0 anyway.
    
    ## How was this patch tested?
    
    No change in functionality.
