@gatorsmile I'm not sure if I completely understand the intent of this
patch. If I understand correctly there are two ways to drop multiple
partitions. If I have a table with partitions `a=1,b=1` and `a=1,c=2`, then:
(1) I can specify `a=1` and drop both partitions
(2) I can specify `a=1,b=1` and `a=1,c=2` explicitly and drop both
partitions
It seems that your patch only guards against (1), right? There's still an
"atomicity" problem here if I do (2). If that is the case then maybe this issue
should be scoped differently.
