[SPARK-15139][SPARK-15092][PYSPARK][ML] Pyspark TreeEnsemble missing methods
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Add `toDebugString` and `totalNumNodes` to `TreeEnsembleModels`

Extended doc tests.
