Oh, I thought you meant update the Jenkins builds to use this flag, in
order to actually speed up compilaton. This could be enabled in the
make-distribution.sh script too. As for telling users they can do it, yeah,
maybe. Seems sort of like a tip for the dev wiki but we don't have any decent
theory for what goes here or there. This maybe as good as anything.
