I need to look at this more closely, but would it be simpler if we renamed
`Utils.getContextOrSparkClassLoader` to `Utils.getUserJarOrSparkClassLoader`,
and added a `Utils.setUserJarClassLoader` method which is called by `Executor`
when it is instantiated? Then, `KryoSerializer` would use
`Utils.getUserJarOrSparkClassLoader` rather than
`Thread.currentThread.getContextClassLoader`.
