Ah, sorry, I didn't make myself clear enough. I mean you can refer to
`Cast.threadLocalDateFormat`, not add the thread-local version of
`NumberFormat` here, since it's not related to `Cast`. A better place to hold
this could be `object SparkHadoopWriter`.
