I have rebased the code on current master and it seems in the new master
their are few more places where executor logs are accessible. But they all
seems to work for me. I tested with running spark-shell and access the logs
from executor tab, Stages tab. Also thread dump works too. Let me know if there
are some other places which I missed.
Regarding printing information for accessing UI, I have added message on
master, worker and changed print message when running spark-shell. I couldn't
give exact URL in case of spark-shell as I didn't find way to access
masterwebuiUrl from there. If it is accessible somehow let me know, I will add.
