yea.
`GenerateUnsafeProjection.generate` here was not able to use unsafe-backed
data structure because it's `Create*Struct`.
`UnsafeProjection.create`, however, does use unsafe-backed data structure
(UnsafeRow, UnsafeArrayData, ...) so that this test is valid.
