@jkbradley I checked the other algorithms for similar issues.
`ml.LinearRegression` and `ml.evaluation.*` already cast Labels to
`DoubleType`, but `GeneralizedLinearRegression` did have errors also when
making some of the calculations, so I fixed that here as well.
