Ah, I wrote the scripts locally (separately with Spark's AppVeyor). I can't
access to the Apache's AppVeyor so I made another account. I wrote some
documnetations in https://github.com/HyukjinKwon/spark-appveyor to show what
the scripts actually doing :)
