For constants vs literals etc that sounds like a potentially important
change. It sounds like it touches more than just these doc strings, and the
purpose of this change is more about improving the formatting and some obvious
typos. Given the scope of both changes, I think they're related but separable,
and would be good to "checkpoint" by merging this doc update mostly as-is.
I'd prefer to finish up the smaller changes here, like typos and
clarifications, and then merge this.
