I understand it's Spark Summit EU so people are probably a bit busy so I'll
re-ping in a few days if we get stuck.
(note that the Jenkins integration part is still a WIP but the other bits
should be ok for review). I'll of course re-ping once its a non-WIP PR but just
an early heads up to everyone who might be interested :)
Also not directly related to this PR (since we only create the artifacts) -
but if anyone knows who has registered the pyspark package on production PyPI
and could put me in touch that would be great (nothing has ever been published
to it so I'm assuming we might be able to take it over - but see
