OK will add back the "TL;DR" build instructions, and keep the wiki link for
completeness.
@pwendell I'll update the "Building with Maven" doc too, but do you want me
to change the file name? it would break external hyperlinks I suppose, although
otherwise it still reads "building-with-maven.html"
