@pwendell I added the SBT example to `README.md`. I also found there's a
nice standard way to handle redirects:
https://help.github.com/articles/redirects-on-github-pages That's done, which
entailed a new `jekyll` plugin and one config tweak, so I updated the site
build docs too. The redirect works nicely for me locally with `jekyll serve`.
