I know it is currently not exposed due to the way we optimize plans.
However this may change, and it is better to be safe than sorry. Also note that
we typically only test the rule at hand in optimizer unit tests, so it should
be relatively straightforward to create such a test case, by explicitly
creating a join using `ExistenceJoin`.
