My solution for the
`org.apache.spark.deploy.StandaloneDynamicAllocationSuite.kill all executors on
localhost` failure was to add a Boolean argument to killExecutorsOnHost
specifying if killed executors should be recreated, and not re-creating them in
the test. Also, I threw the check for killing in an `eventually` block since it
is an asynchronous action.
