According to the current status of Jenkins test result, it hangs due to
`ReplSuite` failure. It seems not a good time to do this. I'll close this PR
for now. Also, I found that there is a dedicate JIRA issue for this `avro`
upgrade, [SPARK-16617](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-16617). We
can do this there later.
