I see, so `ZZ` means something different to FastDateFormat, and what it
means actually matches what `XXX` means to SimpleDateFormat? But FastDateFormat
also supports `XXX` and supports it the same way? then this makes sense.
I think you need to check cases like "-1100" and "11". Is there any case
that worked before but not after the change?
