Just chiming in about the two different fixes about the killTask, where
this PR does nothing while the Brenden's PR #2453 calls the Mesos driver kill
task.
I think Brenden's approach is correct, since we don't know if the killTask
was called because the task failed to launch or was actually being cancelled
and Mesos task is already running.
On Mesos side if you call killTask on a non-existing Task all you get is a
LOG(WARNING).
