yeah it would be interesting to see if those are all active. I guess the
question still is how much memory are those using vs what the actual blocks are
using. You said the memory was being used by the ChannelOutBoundBuffer#Entry.
I think you would only have those on an actual transfer unless those are being
leaked as well.
