[SPARK-3758] [Windows] Wrong EOL character in *.cmd
Windows platform expects the EOL characters are CRLF but in *.cmd except
for compute-classpath.cmd, the EOL characters are LF.
To avoid unexpected problem, we should replace LF with CRLF in *.cmd.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
