facebook/zstd#775 was `Consider re-licensing to Apache License v2`.
But, I found that the new one is not Apache License v2. It's about adding
GPLv2. I'm wondering if GPLv2 is enough for us.
For [Apache
licensing](https://www.apache.org/licenses/GPL-compatibility.html), I found the
following.
> Despite our best efforts, the FSF has never considered the Apache License
to be compatible with GPL version 2
