Just to make sure, this is ok if the JNI wrapper does not bring the zstd
native library with it; otherwise it also needs to be updated since it still
has the old BSD+PATENTS licence
(https://github.com/luben/zstd-jni/tree/master/src/main/native), and Spark
needs to pull in the version with the correct license.
