@maropu Sorry, I overlooked this comment. Good point, however since we
eliminated many mutable states, I think that it is not easy to create
end-to-end test to generation the initialization code for the compacted states?
Is it OK to make synthetic test case to call `addMutableState` with
initialization statement many time?
