@cloud-fan @gatorsmile I think that it is hard to create an end-to-end test
for initialization with values and splitting arrays with the fixed parameters
in `CodegenContext`.
Is it better to create synthetic tests just to call `addMutableState` many
time? Or, is it good to add configurable parameter as @maropu suggested?
