Like, ahem, me? (Check this code history. I've worked on quite a good chunk
of it over time.)
I agree with what @HyukjinKwon said here. A policy of "some people are
required to be pinged on every PR in a certain module" is exactly what was
voted down by the PMC. We already have a huge bandwidth problem with review, we
should be encouraging committers (and other contributors) to be more active,
not discouraging them that with that sort of policy.
