I took a quick look for the commits and seems we should backport
https://github.com/cloudpipe/cloudpickle/pull/145 too as looks introduced from
https://github.com/cloudpipe/cloudpickle/pull/113. Let me try to backport it to
cloudpickle and let's hear their opinion, if I didn't misunderstand.
