Hi Hari, can you assure that `Producer` is thread-safe?
Besides I have one concern, the overhead of creating `Producer` compared to
the time cost for writing partition to Kafka. Since RDD in DStream sometimes
may have large number partitions (`batchInterval / blockInterval`), and the
size of each partition is not so large (depending on the input stream).
