@mengxr, thanks for reporting it. This will probably related with
`functools.wraps`'s behaviour between Python 2 and 3. Python 3 copies its
signature and Python 2 doesn't. Let me make a progress here if we don't get a
response for a quite long time.
FWIW, I believe the API documentation fixes in spark-website can be
orthogonally progressed.
