    If two `ArrayType`s are only different from the `containsNull`, we do not 
need to actually cast array values, right? Since `containsNull`, `nullable` and 
`valueContainsNull` are mainly used for optimizations, can we just add some 
Hive specific logics in `PreInsertionCasts`?
