Review comment:
What's more, disk util 100% may caused by parallel spark/mr jobs downloading
jars/files or some other service creating large files or too many small files
causing no inodes left. When you login onto the machine after the exception,
the disk util may appear normal for files may be cleanup for exception. Without
the path information it's hard to find out which above case caused the problem.
