The indices are gradually increased from 1 to 20000. In the `SparseVector`
vs. `SparseVector` case (same indices length), the indices are fully
overlapping. In other case (different indices length), one `SparseVector`'s
indices are less than another's by 10 dimensions. Basically, the settings of
the timing tests are the same to the test suite.
