Adding a parameter for the yarn-client AM cores sounds reasonable to me.
As I think I've voiced on other JIRAs, using the `spark.yarn.am.*` namespace to
refer to the client AM sounds a little weird to me. But if that's the direction
we've decided upon, then `spark.yarn.am.cores` seems consistent with that.
