It says it's standalone mode only because it's never been implemented
anywhere else. You're now implementing it for Yarn, I don't see a reason why
you wouldn't just reuse the existing command line option (and update its
documentation).
(If this is just yarn-client, then don't use the command line option, since
it doesn't make sense. But for yarn-cluster we should try to use the same
option for both standalone and Yarn.)
