 Review comment:
   Also, if Kafka libraries don't handle that by themselves, I think a better 
approach would be to have the configs you're adding be sort of a "Kafka 
topology map". e.g. they also contain which kafka brokers belong to which 
"cluster".
   
   That way, at least, an admin can create the default Spark config and users 
don't need to touch their application code.
