Sorry @tgravescs , I don't know this well. Do you mean we should have
`spark.worker.resource.dir` and `spark.driver.resource.dir` separately ? Or
have `spark-resources/worker_allocated_file.json` and
`spark-resources/driver_allocated_file.json` separately ?
