I don't necessarily dispute this. I believe I've pushed for this in the
past. But I think it's weird that "LauncherCommon" is what they need to import
to get them. Something like "AppConfigurationKeys" would be better. I also
think it might be better to add these in a separate patch if we choose to do so.
