 Review comment:
   Assuming there exists a CatalogPlug with a name `catalog`, what should `SHOW 
TABLES FROM catalog` resolve to?
   
   1) CatalogNamespace(None, Seq("catalog")) or
   2) CatalogNamespace(Some[CatalogPlugin], Seq())
   
   If we go with 2),  what will be the default behavior if the user was 
specifying `catalog` as a database name?
