I think this looks pretty OK. Are there any more changes you want to make? Need to check if any hadoop 3.2 deps jars have been added to LICENSE-binary. I'm not sure if the previous changes will leave such problems since previous spark-deps-hadoop-3.2 is not correct. I will check this.
