@MiguelPeralvo Do you think we should print the region when launching a
cluster, or does that already happen?
Also, I think we should update [the help text for the `--region`
option](https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/75fdccca32972f86a975033d7c4ce576dd79290f/ec2/spark_ec2.py#L135)
to indicate that this is the region used to find instances, not just launch
them.
