RHEL5 won't have those files exactly. With RHEL5 there's an RHN plugin
to yum which tells yum to communicate with the RHN servers for package
updates. The RHN servers then determine what channels the particular
machine has access to and hands out packages based on that.
So you can still add your own repos to /etc/yum.repo.d (RPMfind, Livna,
etc.) and packages from those repos will be available as well. This is
one of the nice advantages that yum brought along . . . the ability to
address both Red Hat and non-RH repos in a single transaction.
