No.

The RHN Proxy Server communicates with RHN via XMLRPC. The Clients still
connect to the Proxy via XMLRPC. The only thing that has changed is that
up2date functionality is now provided by a plugin to Yum, not a
standalone program.

As far as I understand it, the Proxy doesn't need changing, RHN doesn't
need changing. That doesn't mean that it won't change in the future.
