We have used many of the LSI MegaRAid 320-2x cards (have about 50 installed + about 30 dell with PERC controllers based on the same card). We have used these with RHEL 3 and 4 (with just a little testing on 5, but not much). We moved to these from all the Adaptec (many troubles) and lower end LSI cards. These have performed VERY well for us for some time.
